Without you, the spectacle would not be the same.

Please provide confirmation of your attendance by Wednesday, February 24, 2010.

We will need a list of the names of employees and guests attending with you (for seating requirements), including any personal dietary restrictions.

Options for payment:

  1. Coordinate registration of employees and guests online and send us a note to coordinate seating arrangements.
  2. Request an electronic invoice for the number of tickets you would like to purchase. We will need a complete list of names. Email awards@adclubedm.com.
