We will need a list of the names of employees and guests attending with you (for seating requirements), including any personal dietary restrictions.
Options for payment:
- Coordinate registration of employees and guests online and send us a note to coordinate seating arrangements.
- Request an electronic invoice for the number of tickets you would like to purchase. We will need a complete list of names. Email awards@adclubedm.com.
